Here at Queensbury Dental Practice, the well being of our patients is our highest priority. With this in mind and in light of recent events due to the Covid 19 pandemic, we respectfully ask our patients to be considerate and think of others.

We are running a reduced and limited dental service in line with government issued guidance. As such we ask for your patience as we strive to do the best we can for you whilst keeping you safe.

Please note to keep your dental appointments “Covid secure” during this time, there will be some changes;

· In our effort to keep contact to a minimum we are asking for payment over the phone in advance where possible. (Where this is not possible cashless payment is required.)

· We would greatly appreciate you filling in the forms that will be sent via a secure link by text or email prior to your appointment.  

· We ask that when arriving for your appointment, you arrive at your appointment time and wait outside, we will ask you to come in when your dentist is ready for you. The door may be locked when you arrive.

· On arriving we will take your temperature with a contact less thermometer. If your temperature is above 37.8 unfortunately we will not be able to treat you and will need to re-book your appointment.

· We will ask you to use hand sanitizer on arrival, ask you some Covid triage questions and ask that you wear a face covering.

· With the exception of children and patients with carers we ask that you come alone.

· During this time we will not be able to offer the use of our facilities.

· During exam appointments it is very unlikely that we will be able to offer scale and polishes as these create aerosols putting yourself, the staff and other patients at a higher risk of infection.

· Treatment options and fees occurred may also differ and can be discussed with your dentist.
